News:
Tuesday April 29 2008: How to create a "stomp animation" in Poser is described in Poser Tips for GTS Poser Artists.

Monday April 28 2008: Today we have a short, one gag video that was fun to make and I hope you enjoy viewing. It was inspired by an incident in Douglas Adams' "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy." All the videos on this page are set in what I am calling "The Fantasy Planet" universe. This project began as a GTS version of H.G. Wells War of the Worlds, then segued into Stefan Wul's Serie en Om. I have a lot of different ideas, but not all of them work out, so I cannot predict where this going. We shall see what happens.

Sunday April 20 2008: Want to know how to make a character put down an object in Poser? Read the latest version of Poser Tips for GTS Poser Artists.

Tuesday April 15 2008: This site has been reorganized to focus on more recent work, an ongoing series of animated videos which tell the story of an invasion of the earth by a race of giantesses (based on H.G. Wells "War of the Worlds") then continues with the aftermath, which is inspired by the cartoon movie "Le Planete Sauvage." The latest number is this series is "Fantasy Planet Chapter 2" which has just been posted at dailymotion.com.

Thursday November 22 2007: Completed Book II of War of The Worlds: Life Under the Martians and posted it at Daily Motion (see link above). The segment was getting too long, so some material I had planned to use here is being held back for the sequel which is called "Fantastic Planet." The current chapter takes us to the end of the war while the next video will begin some 200 years later.

Saturday July 28 2007: Today we posted the promotional trailer for "War of the Worlds Book II" which is now in production. In order to save space on the web-site, we have begun posting our longer videos on dailymotion.com and using the embeddable player so they can be viewed here. Video web-sites such as dailymotion.com and U-Tube use flash format and they provide quicker downloads at the cost of some reduction in resolution.

The most popular video web-site, U-Tube has reduced the maximum length of videos from 15 minutes to 10 minutes. My longer videos tend to run about 12 minutes. Also, U-Tube is more restricive on the content they will allow. One of my GTS videos (Skull Island) was kicked off of U-Tube for "Inappropriate Content" with no explanation, so I am not sure what I did wrong. The grounds for expulsion are many: violence, pornography, copyright violation, racist content. Skull Island did contain violence, semi-nudity, a ripped music track, and a portrayal of dark-skinned islanders as ignorant savages, so I guess I may be guilty on all counts.

Oh well. "Life is short, art is long, experience treacherous, judgment difficult."

Tuesday July 17 2007: Here is Book I of The War of The Words based on part I of the novel by H.G. Wells. This windows media video is 80 MB long, so it requires a fast connection to view.
12 minutes, 80 megabytes.

May 5 2007: Announcing our latest project, now in production, an animated version of "War of the Worlds" based on the novel by H.G. Wells. Estimated release will be in the fall of 2007. The production uses Poser and Flash animation combined with computer synthesized voices and live actors.
